Sales Policy

All sales are considered final. However, under certain circumstances you may be eligible for a return or exchange; see below Return Exchanges.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund before your order has shipped. Thereafter, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note some items do not qualify for returns or exchanges; no exceptions:

• Opened and used products
• Bulk products
• Sale and clearance products

For us to consider your request, we need to hear from you within 48hrs of your receiving your order:

(1) Incorrect Items: while we document all our orders before shipping, we’re still human and mistakes can happen.

(2) Damaged or Defective Items: we are rigorous in our testing and only will sell quality and compliant products however we damage and defects may occur.

We will always make it right.

How to Process Returns and Exchanges

To start any return, you must first contact us at info@supercandybros.com. Any unapproved returns will be sent back, no exceptions. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

In your email, please include the following information:

1. Subject: your order number
2. A brief description of your request
3. Photographic evidence

We will contact you within 24hrs of your request. If approved, we will email you with return instructions.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method or sent exchange products at no cost.

It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
